🔁 Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective
  • The item received is significantly different from the description or images

To request a return, you must:

  1. Contact us within 3 days of delivery at support@vintagefind.store
  2. Provide clear photos of the issue (damage or incorrect item)
  3. Return the item within 7 days of approval, in original packaging

⚠️ Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, a full or partial refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • We are not responsible for lost return shipments — tracking is required

📦 Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges due to the one-of-a-kind nature of vintage items. If your item is damaged or incorrect, we will offer a refund or suggest a similar alternative (if available).

❌ Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
  • Items that have been used or altered after delivery
  • Sale or discounted items marked as final sale
